In light of National Fitness Day, we want to get as many people active as possible, regardless of age or ability.

We're inviting you, member or non-member, to come along and chat with our personal training team about your specific goals, needs and abilities. Our trainers have different specialisms, but are all focused on supporting you through fun and engaging sessions. You might have a particular event or goal, or perhaps you just want a bit of extra encouragement - whatever it may be, our team will be on hand to find the perfect match for you.

There will also be the opportunity to enjoy a 30-minute personal training session on us!

How do I book my free 30-minute session?
