Stress Awareness Month

Mind and Body classes running this April!


With April being Stress Awareness Month we thought it was important to offer some additional classes focusing on taking charge of your wellbeing.

We will be running the following Mind and Body classes for the month of April:

  • Friday 11th April: 1.00pm - 2.00pm
  • Tuesday 15th April: 1.00pm - 2.00pm
  • Friday 25th April: 1.00pm - 2.00pm
  • Tuesday 29th April: 1.00pm - 2.00pm

These classes will focus on breathwork, meditation and relaxation and will help reduce your stress levels, improve posture and flexibility, and leave you feeling centred and calm.
