We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Holiday activities
At Dover District Leisure Centre, we are here to keep your little ones active and happy during the holidays by offering fun activities for them to enjoy including swim sessions and holiday camps. Check out our timetables to see what's on!
Camp Information
- Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
- Activities: Sports and craft
- Age range: 5–11 years
- Children should bring: snack, packed lunch, and a water bottle (no nuts permitted due to allergies)
- Swimming included: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Climbing included: Wednesdays
- Weather considerations: sunscreen and hat required on sunny days

Please note that the camp does not run on Bank Holidays.
Gymnastics
Bouncing, spinning and rolling, and more…
Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.
We also offer adult gymnastics.
Active Play and Bounce
Let your child run wild on our inflatable obstacle course! Our large bouncy castle with slide, soft play and more is great for developing gross motor skills, social interaction, keeping active and most of all – having fun!
Active Play & Bounce
Fun and motivating sessions for your little people. Children under 5 years can explore and play on the bouncy castle and soft play shapes. Parents need to accompany their children to these sessions.
Spaces are limited, please pre-book your session!
When are the sessions?
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- 9.30am - 11.30am

Parties at Dover District Leisure Centre
Turn your child’s party into an exciting day to remember.
There's no fuss and no mess. You, your child and their friends have all the fun whilst we plan the big day for you.

Clip 'n Climb party
Our Clip ‘n Climb climbing parties are the ideal experience for all ages looking for an exciting birthday party to remember. These parties are perfect for all abilities, we can increase the difficulty level if necessary, as there are many exciting challenges! The perfect environment for your child and their friends on their special day.
Suitable for ages 4+.
Maximum 22 children.
Times and prices:
- Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during school holidays.
- Duration: 45 minutes (plus a 15 minute briefing)
- Includes 45 minutes use of a party room for food and drink
- Price: £300.00
Pool Party - Teaching Pool
Your child will have fun & laughter with their friends, celebrating their birthday with our fun filled Pool Party. Party include fun floats, inflatables, toys and music.
- Suitable for ages 4yrs -10yrs
- Children under 8yrs must be supervised by an adult in the water.
- One adult can supervise up to two under 8yr olds.
- Party room included. ( Food not included )
- Maximum 20 children
- Price: £230
Active Play and Bounce party
There'll be lots of fun on our bouncy castle and soft play equipment! The children will love the open space and wide varieties of active games on offer, and be entertained by our party host throughout. Suitable for children aged up to 8 years.
Maximum 20 children.
Times and prices:
- Saturdays: 2.30pm - 4.30pm
- Sundays: 12.00pm - 2.00pm | 2.30pm - 4.30pm
- Duration: 2 hours
- Price: £230.00
