More About Me : I've been on a journey from being overweight & weighing in at nearly 17 stone and a size 22 at my biggest, to losing 8 stone and changing my lifestyle completely. It wasn’t easy, but all the best challenges in life never are. It was without doubt THE BEST THING I've ever done!
