Your gym has had a refurb!

We are thrilled to share that our newly refurbished gym is now officially open and ready for you to enjoy! We've transformed the space into a modern, welcoming environment equipped with the very latest in fitness technology and equipment. We’d like to sincerely thank you for your patience and continued support throughout the refurbishment process - it’s been worth the wait. Whether you're returning to your routine or just getting started, we can't wait to welcome you in and help you achieve your fitness goals in our upgraded facility.

Now onto the exciting part...

We're so excited to share the new equipment that has been installed! You can look forward to:

• Brand new Life Fitness cardio equipment with integrated digital screens - access pre-programmed workouts and online streaming platforms so you can watch your favourite shows whilst workout out!
• New strength equipment - hack squat, glute drive, leg extension, multi jungle weight stack station
• Extended free weight area
• Hammer Strength power racks and lifting platforms - coming soon - these will be installed as part of a secondary phase to these refurbishment works, but rest assured - you won't have to wait too long!

Plus new Box12 Hub

Get your pulse racing and boost your stamina with our brand-new BOX12 Hub - a 36-minute workout consisting of 12, 3 minute rounds that combine boxing and functional fitness exercises tailored to your fitness level.

No need to rely on anybody else, just turn up when you're ready to start round 1!

In addition to all of the new equipment we've brought in in as part of the upgrade, the gym has also had a full redecoration including flooring, LED lighting and track improvements.
