Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.

Opening times

We are currently closed for the season and are due to reopen on May 27th 2024 when you can enjoy access to our outdoor swimming pool, various flumes and water features.

Once we're open for summer, the lido will be open from 10:00am - 6:00pm. 

Booking

We always encourage visitors to pre-book with us to guarantee your entry. You can do this via our website here.

If you aren't already registered with us, then we offer a free Pay As You Go membership "Places Membership" which you can sign up for here.

Travel & Parking

There is free on-site car parking, customers do not need to register their car details. If travelling by public transport, the number 15 bus drops you off right outside the main entrance.

Arriving at the centre

During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 
For all activities or sessions please check-in at reception.

Lockers

• We have coin operated lockers that take pound coins (these are refundable)
• The Lido lockers are padlock operated. Customers can bring their own robust padlock in or purchase one at reception.
• This could include school holidays, evenings and weekends.

Food

Bring your own picnic to enjoy within the scenic landscaped garden or treat yourself at the two food stalls we have to offer, serving tasty delights from refreshing ice cream to crispy nachos.

On-site shop

We supply a wide range of Zoggs swimwear for children and adults as well as a selection of toys and fun training aids.
