Wandsworth Borough Brighter Living Fair
Activities throughout October
This October, Wandsworth Borough Council are hosting the Brighter Living Fair, offering adults the opportunity to explore over 160 fitness, wellbeing, dance, health walks, swimming, art and craft sessions for free!
At Places Leisure, we are running a number of classes within our leisure centres.
Forever Active
A low impact keep fit class with an extended warm up to maintain and improve mobility, functional strength and fitnes
Senior Aqua Fitness
Low impact exercises, covering all components of fitness such as endurance, balance, reaction, strength, flexibility and more.
Senior Aqua Circuits
All-over workout to improve fitness, stamina, strength, balance and muscle toning amongst many other things.
All participants to all of our classes will have the opportunity to socialise after the class with a free tea or coffee.
