Terms & Conditions
1. Use of Gift Cards
Gift cards can be redeemed for products or services at any of our participating locations (where applicable).
Gift cards cannot be used for direct debit payments, membership fees, or other excluded items as specified by management.
2. Validity
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the card will no longer be accepted.
You must show a valid receipt for proof of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other vouchers.
Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced. Please treat your card and receipt like cash.
4.Misuse
The company reserves the right to cancel any gift card, or refuse redemption, if we believe it has been obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
Gift Card Buyer Terms & Conditions (In-Centre Only)
1. Purchase & Activation
Gift cards can be purchased in participating leisure centres only.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are activated at the point of sale and ready for immediate use.
2. Use of Gift Cards
Gift cards can be redeemed for eligible products and services offered at participating leisure centres.
Gift cards cannot be used for direct debit memberships unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards may not be used for purchases where prohibited by law.
3. Validity Period
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Expired gift cards cannot be extended, replaced, or refunded.
4. Balance & Part Payments
Remaining balances can be checked in-centre at reception.
If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Gift card balances cannot be transferred to another card.
5. Refunds & Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where legally required.
Products or services purchased with a gift card are subject to the leisure centre’s standard refund policy.
