At Places Leisure, you can hire a wide range of spaces across the UK - including meeting and function rooms, sports halls, studios, swimming pools, outdoor pitches, squash courts and even climbing facilities.
So whether you’re planning a one-off session or looking for a regular home for your group, we’ll help you find the right space.

How to request a booking
To make hiring quicker and easier, bookings are now made using our online form.
Just tell us:
- Which space you’d like to hire
- When you need it
- Any equipment or set-up requirements
We’ll get back to you to confirm availability and next steps.
Looking to book more than one session?
- Same dates and times each week, this can all be one request
Example: Monday & Wednesday, 6.00pm – 7.00pm
- Different dates and times each week, this will need separate requests
Example: Monday & Wednesday, 6.00pm – 7.00pm plus Tuesday & Thursday 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
On your first visit to the link, you’ll complete the full request form as normal. When you renew, the process will be quicker and more straightforward.
You’ll also be able to upload required documents as part of the contract, which are securely stored on your account.
