Free Swimming for Under 16s
Did you know children under 16's can enjoy free swimming at Wolverhampton Swimming and Fitness Centre?
This fantastic initiative has been helping local families stay active and healthy – and if you haven’t signed up yet, now’s the perfect time to get involved!

Children aged 7 and under
All children aged 7 and below are eligible for a free annual swim pass, regardless of where they live. A £3.00 set-up fee (subject to change) is required to activate the pass, which remains valid for 12 months and can be renewed annually for the same fee.
Please note: All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over at all times while using the pool.

Children aged 8-15
For children aged 8 to 15 who reside in a Wolverhampton postcode, the pass is completely free of charge and is valid until the child turns 16. To qualify, a parent or guardian must present an up-to-date council tax bill from Wolverhampton City Council at Reception as proof of residency.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a pass without this documentation.
Card Usage and Important Information
A valid free swim card must be presented at each visit. Without the card, the standard admission fee applies and no refunds can be given.
Parents may book free swims online under the “junior resident” category, but cards must still be shown on arrival.
Lost cards can be replaced at Reception for a fee of £3.50.
