Breastfeeding Network Wokingham Service

Wokingham Leisure Centre are officially a breastfeeding friendly site and have partnered with The Breastfeeding Network, who offers free non-judgemental, evidence-based information and support to breastfeeding women and parents in the Wokingham Borough. Support is given at any age/stage of your breastfeeding journey. 

Face-to-face support is available (must be pre-booked): 

• Brambles: every Monday except Bank Holidays, drop in 9.30am - 11.30am (last arrival 11am)
• Ambleside: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month, small group 1.15pm - 2.15pm (must be pre-booked)
• Rainbow Park: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, appointments at 10am and 10.45am 

Video calls can be arranged if preferred (can be evenings/weekends) 

Volunteers are DBS checked and undergo regular mandatory training which includes information governance, health & safety, safeguarding, diversity & inclusion and practical skills check. They attend monthly supervision session.
