Sandwell Tae Kwon Do
Sandwell Tae Kwon Do teach traditional martial arts to equip you with effective self defence techniques. Designed to improve both physical and mental well-being a typical class will involve traditional patterns, fitness, sparring and pad-work.
The group offer two free classes as a trial to ensure you can try out all elements of a session before committing to classes. You can build confidence, make new friends and improve your strength in a fun class whilst learning a traditional martial art. Suitable for all age 5+

West Bromwich Basketball Club
Established 5 years ago, West Bromwich Basketball Club is a community based, grassroots basketball club. We offer sessions and competitive playing opportunities for children as young as 8 all the way through to adults.
Senior sessions are based here at the leisure centre and our timetable is as follows:
- Thursdays 7:30 - 9:00 Women
- Thursdays 8:30 - 10:00 Men
- Sundays 5:00 - 8:00 Men
All of their junior sessions take place locally at George Salter Academy where they have the following age groups: U11s, U13s, U15s, U17s.

The Football Academy
We offer player development for boys and girls from the ages of 4-10.
The Academy is run by FA qualified coaches level 2 or above. Our sessions aim is to develop your child’s football skills whatever their current skill level is. Learning these skills also means they develop their coordination, motor skills, social skills, confidence and ability to follow instructions, plus lots of fun!
These coaching sessions run on Saturday mornings (term time).

With TISKA Karate training you will learn the three main disciplines of Karate: Kihon, Kumite, and Kata.
TISKA karate teaches self defence skills, develops fitness, builds flexibility, aids confidence, helps to maintain a strong self esteem, and have a great sense of achievement. You will also have fun and make new friends.
Both children and adults are welcome to try two free full sessions with no obligation to continue.
Sessions are held Saturdays -
9:15 am to 10:00 am: Orange, Yellow, Green belts.
10:00 am to 10:45 am: Blue, Red belts.
10:45 am to 11:30 am: Beginner's.
