Group Strength sessions!
Partake in 6 weeks worth of Group Strength sessions and benefit from a variety of strength techniques and exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals!
The sessions will focus on challenging individual parts of the body to give participants the confidence to use weights and integrate strength exercises into their everyday routine.
Session information:
Our sessions will be starting on Monday 23rd June and will be every Monday at 11.30am. There are only 6 spaces on this course
