What is it?

A full body women's weight class using bars, dumbbells and kettlebells, designed to teach and guide women through the fundamentals and technique of weightlifting in the Gym.

Learn how to

  • Train with the proper exercises and form
  • Train at the correct intensity
  • Train with proper splits
  • Time, rest, progression etc.
  • Create a training plan individually for you

A 4 week course starting Tuesday 6th July, 7-8pm.

Full course cost - Members £30 - non members £34.

Six participants per course.
