Exercise referral scheme

Our wellness programme at Gosport

If you have suffered an illness or recently had an operation our GP referral sessions will help you get back into fitness.  You’ll need a ‘prescription to exercise’ from your doctor to get started and our instructors will support you through your sessions.

The aim of the programme is to improve participants' health and wellbeing by encouraging them to move more, within a safe and comfortable environment. It targets people who suffer from, or are risk of, developing chronic medical conditions and provides support to people whose health could benefit from a more active lifestyle.

Referrals to the programme can be made by health professionals including GPs, Physios, mental health professionals, district nurses and occupational therapists.
