Intensive Swimming courses

Learning to swim isn’t just a life skill, it’s a rite of passage to a new lease on life. And with over 240,000 children missing out on learning to swim due to the pandemic, there's never been a more important time to take to the water.

During the school holidays, we run our popular intensive swimming courses. Ideal for first time swimmers or those who need a little extra practice, these courses will work on the skills required to pass each level and build up your child’s confidence in the pool. 

Upcoming courses:

• Monday 27th October - Wednesday 29th October 2025
• Stage 3: 8.00am - 8.30am
• Stage 2: 8.30am - 9.00am
• Stage 1: 9.00am - 9.30am

Badge Days

We also have upcoming distance badge days running for children from Stage 3 and above who are confident in deep water and are ready to challenge themselves by swimming a certain distance!

Upcoming dates:

• Sunday 30^th November 2025
• 10.30am: 25, 50, 100 or 200 metres
• 11.15am: 400 800 or 1mile 

Non Members - £8.40

Members - Free 

Certificates - £5.25 each
