Aldershot Lido information

Aldershot Lido is the perfect destination for all ages, bring along your friends and family to our amazing facilities and discover what we have available.

Our facilities

As well as our outdoor lido, we have various flumes and water features for our visitors to enjoy.

Facilities include:
- 3 fun water flumes. Over 8's only. Height restrictions may apply.**
- Water fountain feature
- 1m fixed diving board. Over 8's only.**
- Toddler paddling pool
- Large sandpit
- Basketball area

**Water slides & diving board are open subject to availability.

Please be advised our pool is not heated

Essential Companion Scheme

We are pleased confirm our new Essential Companion Scheme to support customers with disabilities during their visit to the Lido.

We have been working with Rushmoor Borough Council and the Rushmoor Accessibility Action Group (RAAG) to confirm details of the scheme, which enables visitors with disabilities to enter the lido free of charge once registered, and bring up to two carers, also free of charge.

This new scheme enables visitors to present proof just once, with a record then being kept on their account. They are then free to book tickets as and when required.

Who is Eligible?

You qualify if you receive any of the following:

Disability Living Allowance (Middle or Higher Rate)
Attendance Allowance (Higher or Lower Rate)
Personal Independence Payment (Standard or Enhanced Rate)
Certificate of Visual Impairment
Nimbus Access Card with a +1 symbol

Please note: Other benefits do not qualify for this scheme.

To apply:

To access discounted and companion tickets, call us or register an account, then submit valid proof of eligibility by email or in person. Once approved, your account will be updated for online booking.

Important: Tickets under this scheme must be booked online in advance and are not available at the gate.

Food at Aldershot Lido

We have two food stalls at Aldershot Lido, available for all our visitors. Whether you want an ice cream in the sun or nachos for your picnic, we have it all!

Our stalls are open for the same hours as the Lido.

There's a large picnic area available at Aldershot Lido, set in a scenic landscaped garden.

- Non members: £6.60
- Child/Senior: £4.90
- Disabled: £2.50

We supply a wide range of Zoggs swimwear for children and adults as well as a selection of toys and fun training aids. Our staff are always on hand to understand your needs and assist you in finding the right product for you.

If you can’t see what you are looking for, please ask reception as we can order items for you.

Accessibility

We’re proud to offer a range of accessible features to ensure all visitors can enjoy their time with us.

Our accessible facilities include:

Five disabled parking spaces next to the venue
Accessible toilet
Ramp into the water to support safe entry

We also offer disabled tickets at a discounted rate, along with free tickets for up to two carers per eligible guest.

*Please note that proof of eligibility is required for both disabled and carer tickets. In order to do this, please either show your relevant documents to a member of the team in person, or via email. The discount will not be applied until these documents have been verified.
