We are hosting an open day on Saturday 13th April from 8.00am - 4.00pm, where you'll have access to a number of our facilities to try!

Activities include:

• Half price Family Fun sessions 
• Additional Inflatable Fun sessions
• SEN drop in sessions
• Bring a friend to for free to the gym
• 90's themed workout classes
• Gym challenges for both adults and children to get involved with! 
• Face painting 
• Men's well-being charity 
• And much more!
