Re-opening update

Current information on leisure centres in Sheffield

Following the Government’s decision to allow indoor gyms and leisure facilities to re-open and working with Sheffield City Council and Public Health, we are pleased to announce that we will re-open the first phase of our health & wellbeing facilities in the next 2-3 weeks, with new operational measures in place to prioritise the safety of all customers and staff.

We are currently working on putting in place new signage to ensure we all respect social distancing, smaller class sizes, and hand sanitising and cleaning stations in readiness for re-opening.

Further details regarding re-opening and customer booking requirements will be announced soon, and thank you again for your ongoing patience.

The guidance on this page is for the centres below:

When we re-open, please remember that you will need to pre-book a gym, class or swim session via the Places Locker app or our website. This is so that we control the capacity of our centres and ensure social distancing. If you are not already registered, please click here to find out more.
