Joggers Journey - Emma Windust
Meet our winners
I recently attended a training day at Twickenham with my chosen charity, RFU IPF, to help with my confidence when running.
I have since learnt more about how they support injured rugby players, along with injury prevention skills - all topped off with a tour of the stadium and a rather brutal PT session with the RAF!
Charity running for: RFU Injured Players Foundation

I got a ballot place but decided to raise money for the RFU IPF as they do some amazing work in helping rugby players who have suffered catastrophic spinal and brain injuries.
My friend broke his neck 10 years ago playing rugby and was told he would never walk again but with the amazing work at the IPF they helped to get him walking again.
I know some players aren't quite so fortunate so every penny raised helps with more research in getting more help and understanding.
