Open water swimming is a wonderful experience ,but can be daunting, especially at the start of a triathlon or open water event.
During the course you'll cover...

- wetsuits and specific skills.
Practical technique and skills sessions in swim ability groups covering:
- open water breathing

- swimming in groups and drafting.
Putting these skills into practice through fun open water swim simulations and a Q&A session including advice and tips on open water swim training.
The workshops will be delivered by British Triathlon / ASA High Performance Swim Coach Richard Smith who has over 25yrs experience of coaching and competing in open water swimming. Richard runs the open water swim programme at the local premier open water swimming venue Vobster Quay and also writes swim performance articles for 220 Triathlon magazine.
