Operation's Manager 

If you are passionate about leisure and healthy living and can inspire the team around you to share this passion then we want to hear from you. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team in St Crispin's where you will assist in managing the centre and contribute to the company mission statement ‘To create active places and healthy people.’

What your role will be
Reporting to the General Manager you will take responsibility for ensuring your team deliver exceptional service, well presented and clean facilities at all times. You will identify implement initiatives that add commercial value and make a positive impact to the bottom line. You will also ensure that key metrics are achieved and that our customers are delighted by the service you and your team deliver.

You will be responsible for a busy leisure centre offering facilities such including gym, fitness classes, children's activities and events. You will co-ordinate the use of the company’s Health and Safety management system to ensure we are compliant with legislation.

This role is will include working on a rota and will include evenings and weekends. 

Your background

You will be a strong team leader with a background in sports and leisure, you must be able to evidence at interview where you led teams either at Duty Manager or Operations Manager level. Our business is fast moving and ever changing and you will possess the capability to lead a team through change in a positive engaging manner.

Sales Manager 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre Sales Manager who is passionate, inspirational and driven to ensure that we consistently deliver outstanding levels of customer service and exceed our members’ expectations. 

You will be responsible for exceeding the budgeted membership sales within the centre and for managing the team to achieve this aim. You will ensure that the sales team is recruited, trained and managed to consistently achieve an outstanding level of customer care.  Every sale will be different and you will ensure that each one is personal to the prospective member.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Previous sales management and / or supervisory experience within a sales environment
  • The ability to drive and lead a team
  • Demonstrable experience in consistently achieving and exceeding targets

This role is will include evenings and weekend working on a rota basis.

Sales Adviser - 20 hours  

Take your marks, set, go!!  Is the idea of a new challenge what drives you from your bed each morning? Could you inspire/work with a team?

Could you motivate others to enter our centres, and encourage them to be more active more often?  If you have drive, the will to succeed and a love to meet, greet and inspire the public, then we have a job for you!

This is a 20 hour role which will include evenings and weekends.
