Shape Up is an 8 week course designed to help you manage your weight. For only £90 you'll receive the following:

  • 8 weeks Premium membership on site (includes Gym with Your Journey, Swimming Pool & Workout Classes)
  • Weekly educational sessions with Dave, our Fitness Manager from 6.00pm-7.30pm in our Cafe
  • Your very own Shape Up workbook giving you all the information you'll need to know


Here's the results of our previous course:

  • All 5 participants maintained or increased their physical activity levels over the 8 weeks.
  • All 5 participants are now taking part in 4 or more physical activity sessions a week.
  • All 5 participants lost weight over the 8 weeks, collectively losing 30lbs.
