You can learn a new skill, get back into a sport, improve your fitness or continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the social benefits of sport and activity are terrific too. We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week.  Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.

Tuesday and Thursday 10.00am - 12.00pm

£3.15 per person 

Walking football (50 years +)

Tuesday 10.00am - 11.00am

£2 per session
