We're dedicated to helping our members stay fit and well in whatever way suits them. That's why we've developed a comprehensive plan to ensure we can provide you with the support you need.
We offer a range of memberships to suit you, depending on your needs, from Swim Only deals to our all-encompassing Premium Plus membership.
Alternatively, we also welcome day visitors - find out how to create your free Places membership and claim your day pass.
Your first gym visit
To familiarise you with the gym and to get to know your goals we'd like to offer you a short introduction to the gym. This can be booked with a member of the team when you join. Premium members can book their introduction when joining online. We're aware some customers may want to just get going - so the introduction is optional. However, we'll always ask you to accept our Health Commitment Statement before your first visit.
Our current gym opening times are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 6.00am – 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7.00am – 8.00pm

Our immersive group cycling studio in partnership with Stages Indoor Cycling allows you to leave reality behind and enjoy this completely immersive, exhilarating experience where you can cycle in locations all over the planet. Who knew a workout could be this much fun?!

Take time to completely relax and unwind in our beautifully tranquil health suite, featuring an aromatic citrus steam room; a calming and detoxifying salt room (wonderful for asthma sufferers!); a relaxing, skin-purifying sauna; and deeply soothing, heated loungers. You’ll never want to leave!
We're delighted to welcome you back to our Hot Yoga studio from Saturday 1st October for 75 minutes of total body relaxation at a discounted price to apologise for the recent closure.
Find your zen in our sultry studio, heated to 35-37 degrees centigrade to warm the body, stimulate blood flow and increase flexibility.
Immerse yourself in this calming, subtropical environment where you will feel your stresses begin to melt away. Our experienced instructors will guide you through this physically stimulating, intentionally mindful form of yoga. Emerge feeling mentally as well as physically refreshed and energized.
Personal training isn’t just for celebrities - everyone can benefit from some extra motivation.

We believe a physically active child is much more likely to become a physically active adult.
We run a range of gym sessions and classes aimed specifically at our younger visitors.
Members (16+) can also accompany their children up to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and anytime at a weekend subject to some conditions. Ask a member of the team for details or call us on 01276 417111.
It's worth remembering that our Premium memberships include the option to add four free juniors to your membership.
