Swing, press, clean & jerk your way to a fitter you in our Kettlebell class. Kettlebells cover all areas- strength, speed, agility & power & provide a fun, total body workout.
Sessions are free for Members & £4.30 for Non Members & run at the following times:
- Wednesdays- 12.00pm - 12.45pm
- Thursdays- 7.00pm - 7.45pm
