We offer a range of fitness classes for all abilities at our Place. Here's just a few for you to try:

Monday

Active Always Aerobics - 9.30 AM - 11.30 AM

MetaFit - 5.15 PM - 6.00 PM - A short, intense & rewarding class where you continue to burn fat 24 hours afterwards (and in your sleep!)

Legs, Bums & Tums - 6.00 PM - 6.45 PM - A fun and easy to follow class targetting all of those problem areas!

15/15/15 - 6.45 PM - 7.30 PM - An exercise class focussing on one exercise type/area of the body for 15 minutes.

Tuesday

Sh'Bam - 9.15 AM - 10.00 AM - Features simple but seriously hot dance moves allowing you to shae up and let out your inner star!

Kettlebells - 6.45 PM - 7.15 PM - Kettlebells are used to improve overall functional strength, flexibility and co-ordination and can provide a great cardiovascular workout too!

Wednesday

Group Cycling - 6.30 AM - 7.00 AM - Instructor led indoor cycling class which is perfect for beginners to serious cyclists.

BodyPump - 8.00 PM - 8.45 PM

Thursday

Active Always Aerobics - 10.30 AM - 11.15 AM

Box Fit - 6.00 PM - 6.55 PM - A cardiovascular fitness boxing class with boxing combinations.

Friday

Group Cycling - 10.30 AM - 11.15 AM - - Instructor led indoor cycling class which is perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. 

BodyPump - 6.00 PM - 7.00 PM -

Saturday

Group Cycling - 7.45 AM - 8.30 AM - Instructor led indoor cycling class which is perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. 

Pilates - 8.45 AM - 9.45 AM - Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way and strengthens the body through movement and is ideal for all levels of fitness.

Yoga - 9.45 AM - 10.45 AM - Yoga offers exercise for all levels through intense total body workout. Build strength, flexibility and definition in this chilled out class.

Sunday

Group Cycling - 7.45 AM - 8.30 AM - Instructor led indoor cycling class which is perfect for beginners to serious cyclists.
