Heart Rate Monitor Classes

Try our brand NEW TeamBeats classes, starting on Monday 31st January!

TeamBeats combines variety, efficiency and fun in a single workout that is unlike any other group fitness experience. You can improve fitness, lose weight and maximise performance by working out to the beat of music tracks.

Perform the class/circuit following the heart rate target set by the trainer. You will train to the beats of the music, monitoring your avatar and the timer to optimise effort, work and rest periods.

Session times: 

  • Mondays 9.30am - 10.15am (Instructor led) 
  • Wednesdays 12pm - 12.45pm (Virtual)
