Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, which is well known all around the world. Introduced by Carlos Graice back in the 1950’s, this sport became extremely popular and gained a strong following.

Absence of hits, punches and strikes makes BJJ attractive for people of any age, sex and fitness level. At the same time, BJJ remains one of the most effective self-defense arts.

The second name of BJJ is “Arte Suave” or “Soft Art”. This martial art will let students understand that the strongest person is not always the winner.

It will teach how to use your advantages in different situations both on the mat and in your daily life.

BJJ classes will improve practitioners’ flexibility, stamina and strength. Regardless of the goal, be it competing, self-defense or simply fitness, BJJ students will enjoy the nice and friendly atmosphere on tatami.
