You're invited to our Open Day

Join us for our Open Day on Saturday 9th July!

9.00am - 5.00pm

We are hosting an open day on Saturday 9th July, where you'll have access to a number of our facilities to try for free.  

Activities include:

Gym - all day

Hiit class taster - 9.00am - 9.45am, please book your place via our timetable

Group cycle taster - 11.00am - 11.45am, please book your place via our timetable

Family swimming in the main pool - 10.00am - 3.00pm

Family swimming in the teaching pool - 12.00pm - 3.00pm, please book your place via our timetable

Soft play -  9.00am - 5.00pm

Active play and bounce -  8.00am - 9.00am, 9.00am - 10.00am and 2.00pm - 3.00pm

PT taster sessions - Times TBC 

All other sessions will be charged.

Pre-booking isn't necessary unless otherwise noted above, head down to our centre on the day and sign in with reception. We look forward to seeing you all there!
