We're got a whole range of courses coming up, and there's something suited to everyone. Courses are a great way to keep active and social, whilst improving your skills and confidence in the relevant area. All of our courses are run by qualified instructors who are ready to lend a hand help you reach your goals!

Cheerleading course

This four-week, low impact course is ideal for those who loved to cheer in their childhood, or simply want to have a bit of fun. This course is designed to be gentle on the body and will be made up of a range of fun, low impact moves to help you shake your stuff and leave you with a smile on your face.

H.I.I.T course

High Intensity Interval Training is an effective and functional form of training to help you get the most out of your workout, burn optimum calories and get fitter faster!

This course runs for four weeks and will focus on primarily advanced training.

Dates and prices
  • Starts Tuesday 3rd May at 7.00am
  • Members: £14.00 for all 4 sessions
  • Non-members: £18.00 for all 4 sessions

Power Training course

Want to improve your lifting technique? Sign up for our four-week Power Training Course. This course is weight lifting based, and is designed for those wanting to improve their technique on main compound lifts and gain more confidence whilst training. It will be split into four x 30 minute sessions, every Thursday for four weeks.

The course will primarily focus on bar work such as:

  • Squats
  • Clean and jerk
  • Deadlifts
  • and much more!
