Ladies That Lift

Run by Zoe, Ladies That Lift is a full body women's weight class using bars, dumbbells and kettlebells, designed to teach and guide women through the fundamentals and technique of weightlifting in the Gym.

Learn how to

  • Train with the proper exercises and form
  • Train at the correct intensity
  • Train with proper splits
  • Time, rest, progression etc.
  • Create a training plan individually for you

A 4 week course starting Monday 4th April. Classes will run:

  • Mondays 6.00pm - 7.00pm
  • Saturdays 11.30am - 12.30pm

Full course cost is £40

Four participants per course.
