In light of National Fitness Day, we want to get as many people active as possible, regardless of age or ability.
We're inviting you, member or non-member, to come along and chat with our personal training team about your specific goals, needs and abilities. Our trainers have different specialisms, but are all focused on supporting you through fun and engaging sessions. You might have a particular event or goal, or perhaps you just want a bit of extra encouragement - whatever it may be, our team will be on hand to find the perfect match for you. There will also be the opportunity to enjoy a 30-minute personal training session on us!

How do I book my free 30-minute session?
These will need to be booked in advance. To secure your session, speak to a member of the team next time you visit the centre, or give us a call on 01322 421166.
Meet our PT team
I am a level 3 personal trainer. I am able to support and guide you through any exercise goals that you have whether that is gaining muscle and strength or toning and losing body fat, I'm always here to help out! I give my clients 100% care and professionalism. I will coach you according to your abilities and goals. You will have fun on the journey with results always underpinning the what’s and why’s. Together, we will work towards managing the 168 hours in the week and not just a 60-minute session, to build sustainable, achievable and lifelong results. There’s no such thing as insurmountable odds!
I am a passionate Personal Trainer who possesses over 5 years experience. It is every persons right to live a healthy life and feel good about themselves inside and out. With so much conflicting information out there these days about what you should or shouldn’t do, it can be very confusing. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to health and fitness and I am here to help you become a happier and healthier person by simplifying things but most importantly enjoying the process. I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a GP Referral. With a specialism in core stability, I can assist you to create specific and achievable fitness goals. Additionally, I can develop medically specific training programmes as I have recently qualified as a GP Referral. I look forward to seeing you in Fairfield’s Gym soon!
