Class Name



HIGH   High Energy class combining 20 minutes of Step, Aerobics & toning exercises – a great calorie burner!


LOW   A total body workout, Aquafit ensures that you use every muscle in your body by using the water as resistance.  The water takes out the impact of the moves. Work at your own levels & get results!




HIGH   A cardiovascular fitness boxing class with non contact boxing combinations – high intensity & fun!




MEDIUM This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This class is not suitable during any stage of pregnancy.




LOW   This Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. 




MEDIUM The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and results you came for – fast!




HIGH   a power circuit class using functional equipment and excercises to work muscle and boost metabolism




LOW   An exciting mix of body weight & external weighted total body conditioning exercises – resulting in a full body workout



Healthy Back

LOW   Healthy back is a class designed to help lower back pain by using 'walk aerobics' and Pilates style back strengthening. 



Indoor Group Cycling

MEDIUM Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists.  A fantastic calorie burner for 30 or 45 minutes.



Legs, bums & tums

MEDIUM A fun & easy to follow class targeting all of those problem areas!    




HIGH   An effective and simple workout that gets big results. Burning fat by raising your resting metabolism, MetaFit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with high intensity intervals



Nordic Walking TM

MEDIUM Walking with poles uses 90% of your major muscles and you burn 20-40% extra calories.  Pressure is taken off the knees and joints allowing you to get the most out of your walk.




LOW   Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so that they work in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement & is ideal for all levels of fitness.



Restorative Yoga

LOW   A Relaxing floor based class yoga, ideal for stressrelief!      




MEDIUM Get fantastic toning results in this total body workout utilising adjustable steps & easy to follow moves.  



Walking Football

LOW   Walking Football is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing football who had to stop due to injuries.




LOW   Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout.  Build strength, flexibility & definition in this chilled out class.



Young at Heart

LOW   A low intensity class, aimed at 50+ ages. Uses a combination of workouts  




MEDIUM Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines.  Suitable for all levels.
