Join us for our six week, small group training course to build endurance get yourself in shape for Summer! Run by our very own PT, Sarah, this course entangles a range of fun and energetic exercises suited to all ages and abilities, including a mixture of bodyweight training, muscle endurance and high energy moves and battle ropes - all to leave you feeling good!
