We positively encourage children to enjoy an active lifestyle.
We believe a physically active child is much more likely to become a physically active adult therefore we host regular sessions aimed towards our junior members.
All juniors will need a half hour gym induction that is booked with our fitness team, within which we will need a signature from a parent/guardian.
We run the following staff supervised teen gym sessions for children aged 11-15 years to attend (these have a maximum capacity of 15 and a wristband must be collected from reception to allow entry):
- Monday - Friday 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Saturdays and Sundays 10.00am - 11.00am
Members (16+) can also accompany their children between 11.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 to 5.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
