Making new friends
A fun and social way to keep fit and healthy.
We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week. Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.
Activities include; table tennis, badminton, indoor cycling and body balance but also enjoy a chat over free tea and coffee.
All sessions are suitable for any level of fitness, classes can be tailored to your needs. Especially if you are recovering from injury or illness and need to return to exercise gradually.
