What is Boxercise?
Boxercise is an exercise activity based on movements used in boxing, and boxers' training methods. It's a fun, challenging and safe workout which is accessible to all fitness levels.
The perfect stess-busting activity, no class involves actually hitting an opponent - sessions typically involve hitting 'focus pads'.
Classes combine both aerobic and anaerobic exercise to ensure a diverse workout, alongside enhancing other skills - including balance, timing and hand-eye co-ordination.
Fun, energetic and addictive - Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today.

Boxercise

Boxercise for older adults
For our senior members and visitors at BXGFit, we offer Boxercise classes specially designed for over 50s.
Taster session
Try out our Boxercise class in a short and sweet 20-minute session.
Women's only Boxercise
Come along to our friendly and welcoming women's only sessions. Make friends and get active in a safe environment.
Men's only Boxercise
Join our men's only boxercise sessions to make friends and get active in a safe environment.
Boxercise for Juniors
A fantastic way for your child to keep active, whilst having fun! We offer mixed sessions for 8 - 10 year olds, girls-only sessions for 11 - 15 year olds and boys-only sessions for 11 - 15 year olds. We also run Family Boxercise sessions on Saturdays and Sundays, so you can get fit as a family!

Junior fitness
We believe a physically active child is much more likely to become a physically active adult.
We run the following supervised sessions for children aged 8-10 years to attend:
- Monday 5.00pm - 5.45pm , Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5.00pm - 5.45pm
- Saturday 1.00pm - 1.45pm
We also run the following sessions for children ages 11-15 years to attend:
- Monday - Friday: 4.00pm - 4.45pm
Travel and parking
Our BXGFIT centre is located in the heart of Wokingham, and is well connected with public transport and parking options.
There are a number of pay-and-display car parks within walking distance of the site, including Rose street, Cockpit path and NCP The Plaza.
