Enjoy 20 minute taster sessions all weekend to experience a variety of the Boxercise classes that we will have to offer

What is Boxercise?
Boxercise is an exercise activity based on movements used in boxing, and boxers' training methods. It's a fun, challenging and safe workout which is accessible to all fitness levels.
The perfect stess-busting activity, no class involves actually hitting an opponent - sessions typically involve hitting 'focus pads'.
Classes combine both aerobic and anaerobic exercise to ensure a diverse workout, alongside enhancing other skills - including balance, timing and hand-eye co-ordination.
Fun, energetic and addictive - Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today.
Group workout classes
We host a range of boxercise classes, so anyone can come along and get active with us.
We believe a physically active child is much more likely to become a physically active adult.
We run the following supervised sessions for children aged 8-10 years to attend:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 4.00pm - 4.45pm
We also run the following sessions for children ages 11-15 years to attend:
- Boys only - Monday: 5.00pm - 5.45pm, Wednesday and Friday: 4.00pm - 4.45 pm
- Girls only - Tuesday and Thursday: 5:00pm - 5:45pm
Or, come along with your children to our Boxercise Family sessions!
- Saturday and Sunday: 11.00am - 12.00pm, 2.00pm - 3.00pm
Travel and parking
Our BXGFIT centre is located in the heart of Wokingham, and is well connected with public transport and parking options.
There are a number of pay-and-display car parks within walking distance of the site, including Rose street, Cockpit path and NCP The Plaza.
