Challenge yourself & relieve stress with our 10-week Boxercise course incorporating high intensity boxing and cardio movements, starting Friday 16th September. Throughout the course, you will learn the fundamentals of boxing, including the 8 basic punches, footwork and pad work to improve your boxing technique!
