Children's Activities

We are passionate about keeping active and believe that this should start from a young age so we have a extensive list of activities to help keep your kids active and teach them to start loving exercise at a early age and in a fun environment.

Come and have fun with Movement ideas for early years. We have fun with the lead up to pre school gymnastics, acquiring essential physical, social and emotional life skills. Learn to forward roll, balance and much more!

Gym Tots
A fun session mixing pre school gymnastics and trampolining within the same session.  It is a great introduction to the ABC's of sport in a fun environment, learning how to roll, balance, jump and more.

Jump into Gymnastics
Our gymnastics classes offer a mix of all disciplines promoting a healthy lifestyle in a non competitive environment. We work towards the British gymnastics award schemes, learning different skills and movements in a safe and fun environment.
•    Mondays 4.00pm - 5.00pm Beginners for 5 - 9 years
•    Mondays 5.00pm - 6.00pm Beginners/Intermediate for 6 - 12 years
•    Fridays 4.30pm - 5.15pm Beginners for 5 - 9 years
•    Fridays 5.15pm - 6.00pm Intermediate/Advanced for 7 - 12 year
