Group Fitness Relaunch
Join us on Monday 14th January
On Monday 14th January we’ll have the first group fitness relaunch of 2019! This time we’re showing off some of our new classes and we’re focusing on helping you get the most from your group exercise classes.
We’ll be running short 15 to 20 minute taster sessions of:
- Amanda’s Boxing
- Charlotte’s Strong By Zumba (It’s a High Intensity Interval Training style class)
- Les Mills BODYPUMP shown off by a variety of our instructors
- HIIT with Sam and Jess.
We’ll also have technique classes to make sure you can do our weights-based classes safely!
