Group Fitness Relaunch
Monday 10th September - 6 to 8.20PM
On Monday 10th September we’ll have the final group fitness relaunch of 2018! This time we’re showing off some of our new classes and we’re focusing on helping you get the most from your group exercise classes.
The running order for the evening will be:
6.00pm to 6.05pm – Warm Up
6.05pm to 6.25pm - Strong
6.30pm to 6.50pm – Les Mills CXWORX
6.55pm to 7.15pm – HIIT
7.20pm to 7.40pm – Bootcamp
7.45pm to 8.05pm – Squat & Lift technique
8.10pm to 8.20pm – Stretch & Relax
