We all know that exercise is good for your body. When we exercise, we get stronger, fitter, our oxygen levels increase and our body works more efficiently. But did you know the other areas that get a boost when you exercise?

Whether you’re needing a little feel good lift or to burn off some aggression after a stressful day, exercise also exercises your emotions. Physical activity stimulates brain chemicals that in turn, stimulate our moods.

Positive mood in mind, this may also translate to the way your feel about yourself. A positive, exercised mind can improve confidence, self-esteem and manage anxiety.
