Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Dolphin. Our general opening times are below, however please also check our timetables for individual activity times via the Places Leisure app or our centre page here. 

Looking for a membership with us? Make sure you check out our range of memberships.

Parking:

Please enter your car registration into one of the parking pods located at the entrance to receive up to 3 hours of free parking. There are also disability bays available.

Arriving at the centre

  • During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 
  • Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:

Members:

  • Gym
  • Lane swimming
  • All group exercise classes
  • Health suite

For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception.

Places/pay as you go members:

  • For all activities or sessions, please check-in at reception.

Lockers:

  • We have coin operated lockers that take pound coins. These are refundable. Locker tokens are also available to purchase from reception.

On-site shop

We supply a wide range of Zoggs swimwear for children and adults as well as a selection of toys and fun training aids. Our staff are always on hand to understand your needs and assist you in finding the right product for you. 

If you can’t see what you are looking for, please ask reception as we can order items for you. Or if you’d like to buy online, visit the Zoggs online shop ahead of your visit to us.
